The educational needs of our pupils are a priority; to equip children with the social and functional skills needed in order to access our community as effectively as possible in adulthood.

To do this, our curriculum has breadth and depth in order to meet children's highly specific learning needs. Differentiation is the term given to ensuring language, learning materials and opportunities are specifically tailored to individual's needs, rather than a 'one size fits all' approach. We do this to ensure children progress forward in all aspects of their development, as other children do, using the same curriculum as a guide.
